Camden got me in a hidden school zone for 44 in a 20. Road is normally a 50. The zone is marked with the minimum amount of signage required by code. They built a housing development next to the school after it was built. You can’t even see the school until you are half way through the school zone. A 9 by 18 inch sign marks the school zone as active until 4 pm. They got me two days before Christmas at 3:55pm. All the children were gone when they stopped me.
I know I am on the losing end of the argument. However, I wanted to have the officer present before a judge to earn some of the $180 that I was fined.
Cool! The officer failed to appear. Saved $180.
